Charlene joined Otus in 2013, having come from a project management background. In her role she’s involved in all aspects of financial planning administration and office management. This includes liaising with our clients and providers to ensure all processes run as smoothly as possible.

Charlene loves cricket – she has to! With two boys that live to play, she’s either scoring at their matches, watching it on TV or watching live at Emirates Old Trafford. When the cricket isn’t on, she and her husband enjoy finding new places for their Schnoodle to search for a squirrel friend (she’s still yet to find one).
