How we charge

Transparency is important to us, which is why we’re always open about how and what we charge for our services. Below you can find more information about our fee structures and your payment options.

Initial meeting

Our first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and decide whether we’re the right fit. This meeting is held at our expense, and there’s no obligation to continue working together.

Creating your plan

Our charge for exploring your current situation, understanding where you want to get to and creating a financial plan to get you there, including initial outline recommendations, is £1,500.

Implementation

Once we’ve helped you create your life plan and the financial plan that supports it, we’ll go ahead and make specific recommendations. Our fee to put our recommendations in place is usually based on the amount we invest for you.

Up to £500,000 £500,001 – 1,000,0000 £1,000,000 plus
1%

If you invested £300,000 the cost would be £3,000.

If you invested £750,000 the cost would be £6,250.

By individual agreement.

Forward planning meetings

After implementing our recommendations, we move on to ensuring you stay on course. We typically charge a percentage fee for the cost of our on-going service and regular reviews. Usually, this fee is paid on a monthly basis, based upon the daily average, or month end value, of funds under management.

The fee charged reflects the amount of work we carry out on your behalf and the additional services provided. It should be noted that our on-going management services are subject to a minimum fee per annum of £2,500.

Funds under management Charge per annum
Up to £500,000 1%
£500,001 – 1,000,000 0.75%
£1,000,001 – 5,000,000 0.5%
More than £5,000,000 0.2%

Our price promise

Our charges are guaranteed not to increase within the first 12 months of your contract with us. Should we need to increase our charges after this period, you will be given notice of this fact and the opportunity to decide whether to continue with the revised level of charges.

A lack of transparency results in distrust and a deep sense of insecurity.
